​With its intuitive user interface, Kothari VDP Pro is a very simple and efficient tool for mass customization of prints using variable data- printing. All that is required by the user is to create a template that fits the requirement and link it with the database. At the time of printing, the software generates the full color images on the fly, populated with the data from the linked database integrated with the design in the template.

For the patterns in printing.

Kothari VDP Pro is built for the patterns in printing. The tool provides the user with flexibility in printing designs where there is a pattern in the form factor/ layout of visual elements and the only variable is data and the design elements. This not only reduces the burden of designing individual prints with changed data, but also boosts the productivity many folds. Imagine situations like printing of labels, identity cards, invoices, sales marketing reports, school mark sheets, Calendar etc., where the pattern of data representation is fixed, but the data changes with every copy of the print. Such pattern of data representation can be defined as a template and the data can be bound to this template at the time of printing, resulting in copies of print with individual data, as illustrated below –
