Charu Disperse Inks.
Focus on Quality.
In order to achieve high quality consistently, besides ink formulations, we process dyestuff ourselves to make it ready for inkjet purposes. All the processes whether it is dye purification or particle size reduction and stabilization by nano-grinding, we do it all in-house. This provides us with great degree of control over the quality we produce and allow us to set our bars higher for it.
In-house processing of dyestuff also allows us to respond to customer needs and demand more swiftly as we are no longer limited by what is available in the market, which is typically the case with exclusive formulation companies.

All our inks are high in dye loading in order to deliver the maximum color gamut. Therefore, we don't feel the need to have separate series for high density inks.
Charu Disperse ink is part of our wet chemistry for textiles.
We offer two different range of high energy disperse dye inks for direct printing.
1. Charu Automotive series. These inks are similar to existing direct disperse dye inks available in the market. We call it "Automotive" series as the selection of dyes in this color palette is generally of those colors used in car sheeting. These dyes are characterised by very high last fastness.
2. Charu Fashion series. The highlight of these inks is the same deep and saturated color palette used by traditional printers in conventional printing. The Fashion series ink does away with the dull and muted shades otherwise associated with current digital printing, allowing designers to have at their disposal a wider and brighter gamut of shades, thereby taking the disperse printing to a new level. This exclusive series is a must have if you are a fashion printer!

The image below illustrates the gamut differences between the Charu Fashion series inks and the existing direct disperse inks. The outside gamut in wireframe is Charu Fashion series ink gamut. The inside solid gamut is existing direct disperse inks available in the market.
And, Yes we have fluorescent colors too!
The image below illustrates colour gamut of non fluorescent Charu™ Fashion series inks and the expansion of the colour gamut after adding fluorescent Yellow and Red elements of Charu™ Fashion series. The outside wireframe view is with Charu™ fluorescent inks and the inside solid view is without Charu™ fluorescent inks.
It is obvious that for the gamut now available with our Fashion series ink, the limitations for the design colors is gone!
